On Tuesday it was our service users FG birthday.
We planned a day of Surprises. It started with meeting two home care managers for breakfast in the local Pub.
During breakfast we surprised FG with where we were going. The place we planned was quite special to FG as it was where she was born and she often talked about it.
While we were there, we visited Chester Cathedral. FG does a lot socially with her own church and enjoyed looking around.
We stopped for a slice of birthday cake and a cold drink before having a look around the gift shop.
We then walked our feet off looking around all the little shops of Chester.
FG said that she’d had the best day out.
