Our commitment to data protection 

The Data Protection Act 2018 is a United Kingdom Act of Parliament that updates data protection laws in the UK. It is a national law that complements the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation and replaces the Data Protection Act 1998.

The objective was to harmonise the data protection law framework across the EU. Data Protection imposes obligations on companies that control or process personal data.
