Our Operations Team is structured to ensure best practice and compliance across the organisation and within our services.

The team is extremely proactive, getting to know our staff and people that we support in all our services as well as the local commissioners and sector partners in their local areas. Emma Franks, our CQC Nominated Individual, is part of the Board of Directors.
