Marsons Court is a newly built property completed in June 2024. It offers eight self-contained flats—four on the ground floor and four on the first floor, accessible by a single flight of stairs. Each flat has a furnished bedroom, a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The property is fully electric with underfloor heating, so there are no gas bills to worry about! It’s perfectly located just behind the high street, offering easy access to transport links. The gated area includes a large car park with electric car charging ports for added convenience.
Behind the property, you’ll find low-maintenance astroturf garden areas. Plus, there is a registered CQC office on site, ensuring staff are always available to support you with anything you might need.
Who can live here?
This service can accommodate adults with learning, physical and complex care needs. Following a detailed assessment support will be provided on an individual need basis, this can range from individuals requiring 2:1 support right through to shared support.

We have a fully accredited in-house Training Department that has been delivering high quality and interactive training since the start of 2011. We are able to deliver all Mandatory training, as well as all care-related training courses to ensure our staff are experienced and knowledgeable in all fields within our industry.
